Terms of Service for World Traveling School

Welcome to World Traveling School! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website worldtravelingschool.com, school, any courses, programs, content, tools, travel facilitation, and features provided by us (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Service.

2. Use of the Service

Application: You will need to fill out one application for each child. Your application has no guarantee, as to whether your child is accepted.
Enrollment: In order to enroll in the school, you will need to receive an acceptance letter, complete the enrollment paperwork and submit the payment. This will reserve the spot for your desired timeframe.
Admissions: You are expected to show up at the location of the school with your child, according to the academic calendar.
Entrance: You are expected to pay an Entrance Fee each year to reserve your place.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All materials displayed or provided on the Service, including text, graphics, data, and software, are the property of World Traveling School and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Use: You may use our Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the content provided for personal, non-commercial or commercial use.

4. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Violating any laws or regulations.
Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of others.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Fees: Certain aspects of the Service require payment. All fees are stated clearly on our website.
Admissions payment Schedule: Included is a payment schedule of admissions fees.
- Application fee. This payment is required to submit your application. Your application is not counted as submitted nor will it be reviewed, unless this fee is paid. Upon acceptance, the application is a one time requirement, unless haven’t attended the school across 5 consecutive locations.
- Enrollment fee: Upon formal acceptance from World Traveling School, you’ll be given enrollment paperwork. You will be required to complete paperwork and submit enrollment fee, within a certain timeframe the school will share via email, in order to hold your spot for your desired location(s) and school term(s). Enrollment fee is paid once or if the student hasn’t attended the school for over 4 terms/locations, i.e. if the student missed 5 locations, since previous attendance, the enrollment fee will again be required. This non-refundable fee can be paid by check, money order, wire transfer or ACH.
- Tuition: Tuition is due one to three months before attendance and must be paid in full. This non-refundable fee can be paid by check, money order, wire transfer or ACH.
- Entrance fee: Each year, an entrance fee will be required to reserve your child’s spot. The spot will not be held, unless the entrance fee has been paid. This non-refundable fee can be paid by check, money order, wire transfer or ACH.
Ancillary Travel Services payment schedule.
- Families have the option to receive extra travel support. All services will be pre-paid and a retainer used, if necessary.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This is a strict policy.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Our Service is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be safe, secure, or error-free.

7. Changes to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vermont, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
